- Dr Nicolas Padilla will discuss one of his latest projects in retailing on "The Customer Journey as a Source of Information" (with Eva Ascarza, HBS & Oded Netzer, Columbia).
15:30 Koen Pauwels (Northeastern University, United States) – Online
- Prof. Koen Pauwels will present “Racial Pay Gap in Influencer Marketing”, a joint project with Amy Pei, Yakov Bart, and Kwong Chan. Koen’s coauthors will also join for the discussion.
