Biography

Jehum Cho received the B.S. degree in industrial engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, and the M.S. degree in industrial engineering and operations research from the University of California, Berkeley, Berkeley, CA, USA. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Center for Operations Research and Econometrics (CORE), UCLouvain, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, under the supervision of Anthony Papavasiliou. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Econometrics at the Erasmus School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. His research interests include electricity market design, congestion management, renewable energy integration in power systems, integer programming, optimization under uncertainty, and stochastic programming.
