People analytics is a data-driven approach to people management which focuses on answering people related business questions using a variety of data sources collected and stored in organizations. So in this domain, we combine analytics and data science with HRM and psychology. During this seminar, I will give an overview of the research we conduct in the Amsterdam People Analytics Centre. I will cover current projects and would like to discuss with you new directions for future (multidisciplinary) research in this area.

This seminar will be organized via Zoom. If you are interested in joining this seminar, please send an email to the secretariat of Amsterdam Business School at secbs-abs@uva.nl
