Research Workshop on Globalization

You are warmly invited to a research workshop day titled “From globalization, regionalization, to slowbalization; what implications for business decisions?” that will take place on Friday 2 December at the VU Amsterdam.

While “globalization” has been a major feature of the international economy in recent decades, a slower pace of global economic integration has recently been observed. In this workshop, we want to discuss the current state of globalization and the business implications of these transitions worldwide.

We are very delighted and honored to announce that keynote addresses will be delivered by two prestigious guest speakers: Prof. Dr. Jean-Francois Hennart (Tilburg School of Economics and Management) and Prof. Dr. Stefan Schmid (ESCP Business School, Berlin).
