Among the more recent topics discussed in Lighton is the issue of diversity in academia. HyeJin delves into this topic with BDS faculty member Svetlana Khapova, professor of Careers and Organization Studies, and with BDS faculty member Ines Lindner, associate professor of Mathematical Economics.
