Biography
Maria Tims is Full Professor at the department of Management and Organization and holds a chair in the Future of Work. Maria's scientific and practical expertise lies in the areas of 1) employee proactivity and work design (at the individual and team level, such as self-organizing teams), and 2) workforce analytics.
Recent Prestigious Rewards:
Together with PhD researcher Cokkie Verschuren, I recently received €75,000 in funding to make our research on social safety more accessible to organizations.
